|Laredo, TX||Completed a $6.5 million, two-phase installation project, including the fixing of long throw and ultrashort throw projectors in 2,200 classrooms in over 29 schools. Provided network drops and power to each projector. Programmed them for easy use and provided teacher training to instructors using classroom technologies.|

|Pflugerville, TX||Installed interactive projectors and programmed wall controllers in over 250 classrooms. Ensured technology use was easily manageable by end users via teacher training. Also included the installation of 8-12ft dry erase whiteboards in each room.|
|Dallas, TX||Installed display panels for digital signage in school cafeterias (170 unique schools sites). Partnered with RevelTV, a digital signage firm for content. Digital content development has a 24-hour turnaround time and is used to show menu information, school information, and advertisements. With certified electricians and installers, ensured networking and power was provided to new and existing panels/TVs.|
|Flagstaff, AZ||Installed complete classroom solutions with control systems including projectors, screens, and wallplates in 200+ classrooms. Also implemented a video wall in the Skydome (the university’s football stadium) and integrated technology in several large conference rooms.|
|Prescott, AZ||Upgraded the video, audio and control system in the Student Union Lower Hangar. Included removing old equipment and designing the new set-up with enhanced technologies. The system was integrated with a digital video/audio matrix switching system which allows them to route any source to a chosen projector screen.|
|Phoenix, AZ||Installed modular black box theater for drama department and small ensemble groups. Integrated it to be controllable from a tablet to customize the setup in a variety of ways.|
|Phoenix, AZ||Set up cameras, speakers, and microphones and cabling for a nursing simulation lab. Ran data and used PoE to power cameras installed with particular IP settings. Students are able to use camera/mic for two-way audio as they go through simulations.|
|The Woodlands, TX||Completed technology upgrades for installation in 99 classrooms throughout the Lone Star College system, including teacher podiums, collaboration stations, projectors, control systems, and sound enhancements.|
|Portsmouth, VA||Installed interactive flat panels in 675+ classrooms throughout the district on vertical lift and standard carts. Removed old technologies and prepared rooms for panels. Used secured warehouses for product staging purposes. Completed project in six weeks.|
|El Paso, TX||Designed and implemented plans to create tech rooms and student union areas. Student union areas include outdoor lounge with outdoor televisions and speakers, a video gaming area with four high definition panels, a lounge, a leadership conference room, and a programmed control room to manage all technologies.|
|Phoenix, AZ||Installed security cameras at all 35 campus locations with multiple cameras at each location and security signal going to a network video recorder. Programmed all the mapping of the cameras.|
|Vancouver, WA||Removed and replaced existing projectors in 1,000 classrooms and installed new ones in 500 portables. Brought power and source cables into drop tile ceiling. Installed wall plates at teacher stations and ran all applicable cables.|
|San Antonio, TX||Completed several different projects at different university buildings including projects at the School of Pharmacy and the Physical Therapy building. Work included the re-programming of control systems and audio DSP’s and the interfacing of all systems with the Video tele-conference and lecture capture systems. Integrated matrix switchers in labs, classrooms conference rooms and meditation rooms.|
|San Francisco, CA||Installed projectors/AV systems in approximately 200 classrooms throughout the campus. Also managed the installation of 45 new classroom projection systems with sound field and assistive listening at the 14-story Chinatown Campus. Installing smart classroom systems as needs arise.|
|Aiken, SC||Installed theatrical lighting, projection and sound in 4 different auditoriums throughout the district. Lighting board and control panel installed in control room for precision use in school productions.|
|Leon Valley, TX||Assisted district in completing their goal to ensure each classroom provided an effective collaborative learning environment for students and teachers. Consulted, designed and installed a ceiling mounted projector, control panels and interactive flat panels in every classroom in over 100 campuses. Work was completed at night and during breaks so as not to disrupt classroom time.|
|Mesa, AZ||Installed projectors and wireless receivers in 3200 classrooms. Using Actiontec Screen beam 750, teachers can now mirror wirelessly to the projector. Large venue projectors are also being installed in auditoriums in junior high and high schools across the district.|
|Fernandina Beach, FL||Removed existing screens and projectors and installed 300 Promethean ActivWall systems (interactive projector and whiteboard) with audio hookups in every classroom in the school. All installs done overnight so as not to interfere with class time. Coordinated with the installers and the delivery team for seamless deployment. Included two days of professional development.|
|Monroe, LA||Updated and renovated a library building to include smart classrooms, an innovation center, high tech bio-labs, multimedia conference rooms and a wayfinding kiosk. The project involved 15 vendors and 17 products to result in a fully equipped technology and student services hub.|

Carried out plans for projector upgrades, digital signage implementation, and auditorium and mini theater sound system creation with room equalization.
